Dawn Ralph was diagnosed with Trigeminal Nerve. On 4/13 she underwent a craniotomy for micro-vascular decompression to untangle the artery from the Trigeminal nerve. She was left with Left-side facial paralysis and an infection in the wound. In July, they found fluid in her skull––not from the infection but from an inflammation. Her body at that time was rejecting the screws and metal mesh that was used to close the skull. It was also causing stamina loss and issues with walking. As a result of the illness, she was released from her employer unable to work. She has two children (ages 16 and 23) and four fur babies whom she loves dearly!
